Why is there still moss on my roof?
This is one of the most common questions we get as professional roof cleaners! That leftover moss should appear yellow/white in color, that means it is dead. The roots have been released from the shingle. It will turn to dust and blow away naturally in 3-6 months. We ask for you to wait 6 months before calling us for a warranty retreat. That is how long it usually takes to actualize 100% of the results from the treatment. This process is the safest way to clean a roof and protect one of the largest investments on your home.
What is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is best compared to cleaning your car. You have to use soap, not pressure to clean or sanitize it. Soft washing applies the same principles. A detergent is used to lift staining which allows for a low pressure rinse. Soft washing is more effective and efficient than conventional pressure washing. It cleans, santizes, and brightens your property without having to use high damaging pressure.
Do I Have To Put A Card On File?
We require a card on file. In the event you are unable to do so we require a check prepared for us to be collected on-site upon completion of your service. Payments are due upon completion of the work.
Do You Offer A Warranty?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in the way we treat our customers and employees. This means if there is an issue we jump to fix it! We strive to be perfect every time but just like everyone we aren’t. That’s why we offer a 1 year warranty on asphalt shingle roof cleaning. If you see any organic green staining come back within 1 year of our service we will come right back out to fix it!
How Much Does It Cost?
We formulate all of our quotes by performing an onsite estimate, measuring the property, and seeing the level of staining and/or growth. It’s too difficult to quote over the phone with too many unknown variables. Seeing the jobs in person helps gather enough data to set your expectations correctly so that there aren’t any surprises. What we can give you on the phone today is our minimum pricing.
